Nicotine that smoke the sour is a thing to oxidize the empress, smoke sour belong to the vitamin B, and is all benignity to have biochemistry activities bandaging is sour and its life-span are total to call sour and extensive application of smoke is in food, animal feed, medical treatment... etc. realm. Nicotine, smoke that tobacco inside imply the fixed amount is sour at the beginning is to pass to oxidize what nicotine get. But on the industry, many with the alkyl bandaging, such as bandaging , ergadebiding and kurelings etc. have the smoke for raw material system sour. From synthesize the method to see, and generally is divided in to try to oxidize the method, ammonia to oxidize the method, spirit to oxidize the method, electrolysis to oxidize the method, living creature to oxidize the method with the bandaging hydroxyl etc. This expouding the smoke is sour to synthesize the craft, industry to produce the term and in the application of the each realm. At the same time, also discussed the related reaction machine the method . In this thesis, studied the method that adoption air oxidize bandaging synthesize the smoke sour. Pass the experiment, and investigate the every kind of factor to influence smoke sourly accept rate. Put great emphasis oned to discuss the catalyst, respond the term to influence reaction, counteract the related machine to proceeds to explain. Finally, in the experiment we chose the catalyst of the different type, and make sure 43# catalyst, in the temperature 330 ~s 350 ℃, air are soon 3500 ~s 5000 h -s 1, water with bandaging comparison is 40 ~ s 90 times, the thick smoke is sour to accept the rate can amount to 80-87%, and produced to provide the beneficial to test for industry.
