This article applies from the adaptive-filtering theory on proceeding the research of the Speech Enhancement problem in the carrier telephone of the electric locomotive down the coal mine well.By the analysis to the communication characteristics of the traditional carrier telephone on the electric locomotive, the text makes sure the channel noise is the system's main noise source, analyzes the main sources and characteristics of the channel noise, and makes sure the main compositions of the channels noise are periodic noise and wide-band stochastic noise in the speech frequency domain.By the analysis to the theories and Applications of speech-signal handling and speech Enhancement, it chooses the adaptive horizontal-type FIR filter to realize the Speech Enhancement, and puts forward a suitable MNVS algorithm .For realizing speech Enhancement that having no consulted signal, it puts forwards a judging algorithm of speech and noise based on the difference of energy in short time. Regarding the fixed-point DSP chip TMS320C25 as the core, sets up the electric circuit, designs the software and verifies the system's effective by typical model signal emulations and the handlings with actual signal.
