With the rapid development of dyestuff industry, the number and the variety of dyestuff has increased day by day. The environmental pollution taken by dye waste water has stepped up in the meanwhile. The wastewater with high color degree from print and dye plants is considered as the most pernicious industrial wastewater. There contains organic matter which is more difficult to be biodegraded, such as dye and dye wastewater has become an important subject in the environment protection and science research, and it is also the hard and hot point all over the world.Along with the further study of methods, people pay great attention on the technique of photocatalytic oxidation .The reports about this method are more less than others at present. Based on the former studies, this thesis has studied and analyzed the difference photocatalytic oxidation systems. This thesis studied the photo-fenton which is an advanced oxidation technology deal with the Reactive Brilliant Blue K-3R, studied the effects of the oxidation systems. the light source, concentration of H2O2, the concentration of Fe2+, and the effect of air. At the same time, this thesis had studied the six difference dye which the photo-fenton react them .In order to rise reaction systems' velocity and the rate of degradation , and how to apply this system to the visible light. The reports about this method are more less than others at present. Based on the firmer studies, this thesis studied the factors which affect the photo-fenton reaction. Then the Reactive Brilliant Blue K-3R which react at Fe2+, H2O2, C2O42-, and light , a satisfactory result has been obtained using this systems. This reaction system can be reacted under the sun light. the rate of degradation can get 79.3%. .At the same time, this thesis has studied the semiconductor TiO2 deal with the Reactive Brilliant Blue K-3R under ultraviolet light. Studied the effects of reaction, the experiment proved that TiO2 can degrade the Reactive Brilliant Blue K-3R, the CODcr removal reached at 59.15% under the ultraviolet in the an hour.Besides, the practical wastewater has been done under the sunlight in the combination system of Fe2+, H2O2, C2O22-.Although the rate of degradation are not high as we expect, the method provide evidence for further study on dye wastewater treatment of using solar energy.
