Treatment Of Restaurant Wastewater By MBR Process

Based on the characteristic of the restaurant wastewater, a best pretreatment process was determined. The effect of the treatment of restaurant wastewater during long-term operation had showed: the membrane bioreactor(MBR) had a good effect on the removal of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) , biochemical oxygen demand ( BODs), ammonia nitrogen( NHs-N), total Kjeldahl nitrogen(TKN), total phosphorus(TP), solid suspended substance(SS) turbidity and oil. The quality of the effluent had good stability. The evolution of sludge concentrations and distributing of grain was analyzed. On the base of the study of membrane separation characteristic membrane separation mathematics model was discribed. And the different flux with different operational pressure and aeration intensity were discussed. Under the study of the character of fouling membrane, an effective membrane cleaning procedure was determined, inspecting the rehabilitation of permeability of membrane after every cleaning procedure. At last the cost of the treatment of restaurant wastewater by MBR was analyzed.
