It is the first stage of Bio-FGD technology with leachate to absorb SO2 by the alkalinity produced in the process of rubbish biodegradatiori while stripping ammonia from leachate by flue gas and producing sulfur by microbial transformation. In experiment applying Reactor made by us as SO2-absorbed apparatus, using air(or N2)-SO2 mixtures as simulated flue gas ,and mixing landfill leachate. Simulate flue gas was absorbed continually through the reactor studying the feasibility of FGD, the transfer between gas phase and liquid phase and principle of the reaction.In order to prove feasibility of FGD with civil landfill leachate ,we firstly study the buffer ability to acid of leachate. The experiment illustrated that leachate can absorb SO2 (the removal ratio can be above 90%) with high efficiency; and the concentration of ammonia-nitrogen in the leachate has been reduced from 133mmol/L to 78mmol/L. The result of experiment proved the benefit of the system of flue gas wet desulfurization with landfillleachateOn the basis of discussion and analysis for the feasibility ofFGD with civil landfill leachate to find the reaction mechanism,study the influence of different substances such as Fe2+, CL-, hydroxyketone, aldehyde under the same temperature, pressure, mix speed and other condition. And analyze the effect of a marked factor- ethanol. Find that the refuse leaching is of high quantity, high alkalinity, and has great buffer ability. So this experiment, on the base of principle of FGD with ammonia, studied the principle of FGD with landfill leachate, by intimating the composition of landfill leachate. During the process, double magnetic force driving mixing reactor made by ourselves is used. The results shows: under certain conditions, each of the composition contributes to the effect of FGD differently. This provides theory base for further study and industrialization of FGD with landfill leachate.This work also analyze the relationship between PH , temperature the concentration of SO2 etc. and absorbing rate.From this work, a new way to deal with the Flue Gas is found, and the studying result can supply as a basis of further research.
