| Zn-Ni alloy electroplating has a much better anti-corrosion nature. It can satisfy the ever increasing anti-corrosion demand. This thesis introduces a technology of weak acidic bath for electroplating Zn-Ni alloy. This thesis has made a thorough study on the influence of bath ingredients and the operating conditions upon the content of Ni in plating, and got an improved process regularity. With this process regularity, we can get a bright y phase Zn-Ni alloy plating with the content of 13% for Ni. From the testing of the properties of Zn-Ni alloy plating, it shows that this plating has a much better anti-high tempture property and an excellent anti-corrosion nature. This thesis introduces the process for getting a color, white and blue-white passivation coating that corresponds to the electroplating process.The spectrophotometric methodology .which has proved to be quick and accurate, is used to determine the content of Zn and Ni in the Zn-Ni alloy electroplating bath, It can satisfy the requirements of process study and production control.This Zn-Ni electroplating process has wide applications and great market value. |
