Agriculture Non-point Pollution has the characters of process mechanism illegibility, strong random city, various influencing causation, large distribution extent ion, long delitescence, hard harm and so on. And nowadays becomes an important pollution source to influence water quality, and a threat to lead to deteriorate water quality.This paper chooses Yulin drainage area in Yubei distract of Chongqing subsection of Three-gorge reservoir as an object, studies the actuality of agriculture non-point pollution in this area, evaluates the water quality of Yulin river by introducing gray clustering technique, and draws a conclusion that agriculture non-point pollution is an important pollution source to influence the water quality of Yulin river. Furthermore, this paper introduce agriculture non-point pollution model: AnnAgNPS to simulate the load of sediment, nitrogen, phosphorus etc in 2000. The feasibility to use this model in three-gorge reservoir, typical foothill, is proved. Moreover, the total load, time distribution and space distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus of Yulin river in 2000 have been obtained.At last, aiming at the feature of agriculture non-point pollution, some proposals in macroscopically management of pollution preventing and in project practice have been put forward.
