| Because of the friction between gloves and skin, it is difficult to get on and get off general latex gloves. In early time lubricant powder and chlorination were used, but these two kinds of methods, which could cause the pathological changes and the environment pollution were limited. This research made a study on preparation and mechanism of lubricant coating for checking gloves. In the research micron polyethylene was used in raw material in domestic research for the first time and the nuclear magnetic resonance method, especially HR/MAS was used to study the component of lubricant gloves made in USA and combination mechanism between coating and gloves.In this study water-base polyurethane, high-density micron polyethylene and palm wax were used to prepare lubricant coating, in which water-base polyurethane served as film, high density micron polyethylene served as lubricant, and palm wax served as dispersant. The effect of component, dried temperature, dipping time and coating thickness on lubricant of checking gloves was studied in this experiment. The lubricant coating was used in thin checking gloves. Excellent technical parameter was got by many experiments and improved technics. The result showed that when polyethylene and polyurethane were both at 4 percent, palm wax was at 2 percent, the checking gloves' surface was most lubricant, when the dipping time was 15 seconds and the dried temperature was 112~120℃, the combination was stable.The physics properties and power quantity were examined. The result showed that physics properties of lubricant checking gloves accorded with ASTM D3578-01, and power content accorded with ASTMD6124-01. The physics properties of lubricant glove were better than general gloves. The firm combination was approved by physics properties. HR/NMR and DSC methods were used in the analysis of different component and the combination between lubricant coating and gloves. The result showed that highflexible polyurethane had excellent flexibility because of intenerated chain or double soft chains, micron polyethylene had chains and low polymerization in 1H NMR research. The study considered that there were pervasion and twist manner between lubricant coating and gloves.Products that accord with ASTM were got in small-scale practical process. |
