Up to now, 109 elements have been discovered, there into, 92 elements are the natural elements, the life elements are more than 60, and content and the function of them in the life body differ in thousands ways, the content of them is small, even extremely small. Some of them are indispensable and available to the life body, and some of them are dispensable and harmful to the life body. Simultaneously, they play an important role in the assay of medicine, food and clinic. So, establishing a quick, simple, sensitive to determine the life elements is very valuable in application. Electrochemistry method has the advantage of quickness, convenience, sensitivity, and not being interfered by the color of the solution, therefore, the voltammetic behaviors and application of elements were studied by polarography in this paper.1. A study on catalytic adsorptive wave of Molybdenum ( Ⅵ) -8- hydroxy -5-sulfonic-quinoline complexAdsorptive catalytic polar graphic wave of the complex of molybdenum ( Ⅵ) -8-hydroxy-5-sulfonic-quinoline complex is studied its peak potential is-0.30V ( vs. SCE) . The optimum conditions are 5.0×10-3mol/L HC1 and NaNO2, the detection limit and linear range of molybdenum ( Ⅵ ) are 0.1ng/mL and 0.2-500ng/mL respectively. Several electro chemical methods are used to prove that a polar graphic wave is a complex adsorptive one. The molar ration of molybdenum ( Ⅵ) to 8-hydroxy-5-sulfonic in the complex is found to be 1: 1. The effect of more than 14 ions are tested the proposed method is satisfactorily applied to the determination of trace amounts of molybdenum (Ⅵ) in water.2. Polarographic behavior of calcium. Strontium. Barium. Magnesium-MTB Complex in the presence of NaOH and Determination of Calcium. StrontiumBarium and Magnesium.Ca(Ⅱ), Sr(Ⅱ), Ba(Ⅱ),Mg( II )-MTB Complex can produce a sensitive polarographic wave at-1.04V (vs, SCE )in 0.015 mol/L NaOH Solution, the limit of detection of calcium, strontium and barium was 7.5×10-7 mol/L and for magnesium 3.0×10-6 mol/L. The composition of the complex has been shown to be 1: 1 alkaline-earth metal: MTBThe relation mechanism has been studied by a number of methods. The proposed method has been used successfully for trace amounts of calcium in naturals waters and Ksp of BaSO4 and SrSO4.3. Investigation on the polarographic anodic wave of crystal violetCrystal violet can produce two sensitive polarographic waves at - 0.25V ( vs, SCE) and - 0.63V (vs, SCE) in 0.010 mol/L HC1 solution the deriratine wave height is linear with the concentration of crystal violet in the range of 2.0×10-9-5.0×10-7 mol/L the limit of detection of crystal violet was 1.5×10-9 mol/L, the reaction mechanism has been studied by a number of methods.
