In this paper the weldability of high strength steels of WH80 and the Finite Element analysis theory and method on powered supports' structure strength are systematically discussed. As the fisrt research on the weldability of the WH80 whose tensile strength reaches 800 MPa, the experimental data show that WH80 can be applied in the powered supports. In addition, a calculating method on welding preheating temperature and a selective principle and method on welding component matching are concluded. By the analysis about the supporting capacity of the powered supports and finding the stress distribution features on the powered supports, a effective analysis method on the powered supports' strength is concluded to provide science foundation for material selection of powered supports. |
