| Our experiment is drawing the yarns and fabric of weave, double-axis warp knitting fabric and multi-axis warp knitting fabric. We discuss the factors that affect the intension of yarns which due to the structure, configuration and technics of production result from analyzing the datum of experiment. We also researches theory of difference of energy absorb that the layer-material both of weave and double-axis warp are impacted in the impact experiment. In other way, we do some analysis of finite element modeling in order to support our conclusion. As fellow:The yarns are curling in weave fabric. It produces the stress inside of the yarns to decrease the intension of yarn. So it reduces the impact level of the layer-material. However, in the axis fabric, the yarns almost lay parallel with each other. So it easy to think that the yarn can support of axis fabric more than of weave fabric. In addition, the intension of weave fabric decreases more due to the difference of technics.Comparing the impact curve of axis knitting, the curve of weave summit data and the curve undulation is smaller, the speed of decrease of stress data is faster. In reason, the yarn of axis knitting will draw the "band" yarn when it is gilding. Because of yarn drawn, it will cross on elongating, submitting and rupture. So it shows the serrated curve on the left that reduces the speed of stress data from summit to bottom. And it is evidence that we can see area under the curve of axis warp knitting bigger than the curve of weave. So the former assimilates more energy.It not obtains a good affection that use multi-axis warp knitting in the anti-impact layer-material alone. I think that use double -axis warp knitting fabric which has high tex yarns and more resin on the impact side. Then in the middle and rear of layer-material can use multi-axis warp knitting fabric that coat the resin uniformly. However how much resin can be coated on the layer-material? It will come out from abundant experiments and practice.
