Each field of industrial exist wear and tear, which is one main invalid way for mechanical parts. It is purpose of this text solve wearing and tearing problem . Nano-structured coating by the CO2 laser has been of great interest to the field of materials science. Nano-structured coating used for protection which have high properties by the CO2 laser have been used to enhance their wear resistance and the life of material.Nanotube coating , Nano- Al2O3 coating and nanometer chemical-complex-plated hard films is gain by the CO2 laser. The structure and properties of the coatings and films are tested and analyzed by SEM and other modem physical test equipments . From these results we study the existing forms and strength forms of nanometer material which have been used to fabricate high property nanometer coating.Result showed Nanometer material can remain in the surface of the surface of steel in the Laser fast cool and fast solidify course, but part of nanometer material. Their wear resistance is enhance by the dispersal strength of nanometer material and finer crystal particle which results from the rapid heating and cooling of laser.The study on Nano- Al2O3 coating and nanometer chemical-complex-plated hard films is the first time. Additionally the study of this paper will be undoubtedly much considering the wide use in the indrstry.
