Research On Technics Of Electrolytic Preparation Of Peroxysulphate

The literatures of peroxysulphate manufacture and research technology to the home and abroad being consulted and neatened. Aiming at the problems existed in the oxidative separating of zinc, cobalt and in the peroxysulphate production process, base on the summarizing of correlative research, through the study of the potential - pH picture of S-H2O system and the theoretical electrobath voltage, we explored the technology of electrolytic preparation of ammonium peroxysulphate and peroxysulphuric acid, taking ammonium sulphate and sulphuric acid as the raw material separately.In our research, we adopt platinum as anode lead as cathode cation membrane and filtration fabric as septum separately, electrolysis operation was carried out through electrifying DC. By means of investigation of parameters (reactant strengths electrobath voltage reaction time reaction temperature membrane stuff material variety and the additive) in the sulfate and sulphuric acid electrolysis process, and compared the electrolysis process through analyzing several important technique factors, found the optimized parameters of peroxysulphate and peroxysulphuric acid electrolysis preparation. And this also supplied dependably fundamentally data and parameters of industrialized electrolytic preparation of peroxysulphate and peroxysulphuric acid.
