A type of epoxy resin adhesive for architecture structure abbreviated JD was developed, which has low viscosity and can fast harden under the low temperature. This adhesive can meet the needs of construction in the winter.Based on the systematic research on the thiourea modified aliphatic amines, a type of effective modified hardener abbreviated HD was gotten by experimentally researching the several synthesizing factors such as synthesizing time, Moore ratio of synthesizing monomer and synthesizing temperature .etc that they influence the performances of the hardener. The chemical reaction mechanisms between epoxy resin and modified aliphatic amines or other auxiliary agents and the factors affecting some important performances of epoxy resin adhesive systems such as gelatin-time, shear strength, tensile strength compressive strength and softening temperature .etc were also investigated. The results indicate that the modified aliphatic amines hardener HD can lower the hardening temperature, reduce the hardening time of epoxy resin adhesive systems, and effectively increase the hardening performances of adhesive systems under the low temperature. The epoxy resin adhesive with the modified hardener HD can harden under -5 C within 48h and has an appropriate shelf-life, and the hardening product of the adhesive has good comprehensive performances.The self-made main-binder abbreviated HJ is a composite of two epoxy resins, which has low viscosity, and can be used to make adhesive under different use temperatures. By optimizing the auxiliary agents such as diluter, filling, accelerator and silane coupling agents, the epoxy adhesive JD was finally obtained, which has good performances of processing, mechanics and adhesion. Under zero temperature this adhesive can obtain the viscosity of 48Pa-s and the gelatin-time of 79min; after hardening 48h (0 C 48h) hardening product can obtain the shear strength of 21MPa, the tensilestrength of 41MPa, the compressive strength of 99MPa, the softening temperature of 89 C and the anchoring force of 65kN. As the hardening temperature increases, the speed hardening and degree of the adhesive JD increase, the mechanical and adhesion performances of the adhesive systems can be further improved.
