This article summarized recent development condition of microwave medium material at home and aboard, and summarized different wet chemical methods moreover, analyzed the merit and disadvantage. The application and importance of perovskite-type material were described in detail, and in this paper two kinds of material were investigated. The first was ANT series material,the second was ANNT ;whereas this two kinds of series material were synthesized through solid method and couldn't satisfy demand of the modern production at present, wet chemical methods were applied in this paper to prepared nanometer-sized ANT, ANNT and ALNT powder. In addition, the preparation of BaTiO3 intermingling oxide by wet method was studied.ANT and ANNT series material were prepared by citric-gel method. The powder was investigated through XRD, IR, TG-DTA, TEM and the result indicated that the wet chemical method to prepare ANT and ANNT series powder was feasible, and the powder was nano-sized, well-proportioned and well-distracted. Electricity capability was tested and reformed much on the contrast of solid method, for example, sintering temperature was reduced, dielectric loss minished and dielectric constant was increased relatively.BaTiO3 powder intermingling oxide was synthesized by oxalate coprecipitation method, and the experiment indicated that Ba/Ti proportion was controlled between 1.01 to 1.02, the Ba/Ti proportion of precursor was about 1.00. Cube BaTiO3 could be received when precursor was calcined at 750℃ for a hour and the size was about 30nm and reunited less.
