With the reduction of high-quality resource day by day, low-quality fuel will gradually be utilized in cement industry. Confined to production technological level of present cement, the range of coal adapted is relatively narrower. The large and medium-sized cement enterprises in our country generally use high-quality bituminous coal. In order to widen selective range of coals in cement kiln, in this thesis, burning desulphurization theoretical research of cement raw material to high sulphur coal is carried on, which offer the foundation theoretical for the high sulphur coal used in New Dry Process kiln craft.The research to desulfurization behavior of the cement raw material is carried by evaluating desulfurization efficiency of cement raw materiaK the analysis of mineral composition and surface morphological on calcine sample. The results show. Within the range of test temperature, cement raw material has better desulfurizaion result. Desulfurizaion efficiency still is above 86% at 1300 C.This should due to the production of 3CaO-3Al2O3-CaSO4 , Ca5(SiO4)2SO4 and melted wrappage which prevent CaSO4 from thermal decomposition. Added BaCO3 and SrCO3, desulfurizaion efficiency of the cement raw material reduce at lower temperature. But with the rising of temperature, desulfurizaion result of raw material added additive become better.In addition, the formulation mechanism and influence factors of 3CaO3Al2O3-MSO4 are studied by XRD and SEM also. The result indicates that 3CaO3Al2O3-CaSO4 can produce within the range of 1150~1450 C, and, also, the response process increases with the rising of temperature gradually. 3CaO3Al2O3-CaSO4 begins to decompose until 1450 C . Amounts of Al2O3 have no effect on the formulation of 3CaO3Al2O3-CaSO4.The existence of MgO and Fe2O3 can promot 3CaO3Al2O3-CaSO4 to form under lower temperature , but the decomposition temperature of 3CaO3Al2O3CaSO4 is advanced too. Thejoining of SiO2 and Fe2O3 has improved the heat-resisting ability of CaSO4. 3CaO3Al2O3-SrSO4 and 3CaO3Al2O3-BaSO4 form at high temperature because the mixing of SrO and BaO .
