In chapter 1 of this paper, simply introduces material polymer materials, organometallic polycondensate ,organometallic coordination polymer and organometallic polymeric magnetic materials. Detailedly introduces definition classification and character of interfacial polycondensation and influential factors of polycondensate molecular weight.In chapter 2, introduces synthesis of three 1,1'-dicarbonylferrocene compounds. Uses l,r-diformacylferrocene chloride and eight diens to synthesize eight ferrocene acylamide polycondensates. Uses 1,1 '-diformacylferrocene-naphthylene-diamine polycondensate,1,1'-diformacylferrocenebiphenyldiamine polycondensate, l,1'-diformacylferrocenemetaphenylenediamine polycondensate and 1,1'-diformacylferrocene-p-phenylenediamine polycondensate with Cu, Co, Ni and Zn to synthesize nine coordination polymers.In chapter 3, the three 1,1'-dicarbonylferrocene compounds' properties are systennically characterized by IR, UV,1HNMR, TG, ESR, XPS and the infrared difference spectrum before and after irradiation 1,1'-diformacyl-ferrocenebiphenyldiamine and 1,1'-diformacylferrocene-o-phenylenedamine polycondensates' chemical and physical properties are characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1HNMR, TG-DTA, GPC and XPS.Results show that the commercial scale production of DAF and FDC issuccessful. Thermal stability of the three 1,1'-dicarbonylferrocene compounds can be enhanced 10%~15% by irradiation. 1,1'-difonnacylferrocenebiphenyldiamine polycondensate and 1,1'-diformacylferrocene-o-phenylenediamine polycondensate are middle heat resistant, their thermal decomposition mechanism are similar. Mn and Mw of the two polycondensates which are catalysed by ZnCl2 are about 1.5 time than the polycondensates which have no catalyst. Molecular weight distribution curve of 1,1'-diaformacylferrocene-o-phenylenediamine polycondensate has triplet and polydispersity is a little large. It should be pointed out that the Fe2P3/2peak appears basically near Fe2+ characterizing 708eV in XPS of the two polycondensates, this means that the ferrocene group is rather stable in the polycondensates.
