This paper derives from a practical application's subject-Development of Mechanical device which can produce SUCS generating-voice part. The mechanical device is economical three-coordinate CNC mill machine and its main function is mill SUCS abnormal surface, and its CNC system is open and PC-edbeded-with-NC style. NC section consists of DMC1000 motion control card and associated soft block provided by Leisai Company in Shenzhen city. The CNC system soft and NC program soft are both programed in Visual C++ compilation environment.At first the paper simply introduces numerical control technology's development history, character, research object, developing trend and so on. Then it describes NC manufacture technology, CNC system's composition, CNC machine coordinate system, interpolation theory, and NC program etc. After the description of associated theory, this paper introduces the CNC system's design scheme. Then it introduces the CNC system's hardware design, including construction model, DMC1000 card performance&character, step motor driver's associated technology and use, parameter design for purchasing step motor, and attached circuit layout theory. Then it introduces the CNC system software and NC program software section, including data mathematics analysis for NC program, hand-program, and program realization with Visual C++ computer language etc. At last this paper summarizes all work for this subject, achievement and bring forward some hope about this subject.This paper derives from a practical application's subject, and in some way there is a certain theory meaning and reference value, especially for those staff who are engaged in numerical control system & device development.
