The well test of the horizontal wells is the key point to exploitation of these wells, and it is one of the important contents that must be studied by horizontal reservoir engineering and production engineering. Because there is a distinct difference in the method and procedure of well test analysis between horizontal and vertical wells, with the wide application of the technology of the horizontal wells, it is very significative to further the study of the method of well test analysis of the horizontal wells.On the basis of the extended studies of the method and the theory references at home and abroad about well test analysis of the horizontal wells and aiming at it, this paper carries out the establishment and computation of physical model and mathematical model of the horizontal wells ,and achieves the pressure distribution of the horizontal wells in the dual medium of the infinitely great stratum through a series of mathematical manipulations. It brings forward a computing method of pressure of the horizontal wells which takes well bore storage and skin factor into account ,this method can avoid computing the model of well test interpretation under the condition of complex internal boundary. It analyses the characterization of typical type curve and the influential factor of well-test curve ,which includes non-dimensional offsetting, non-dimensional length of horizontal welk equivalency pressure point, interporosity flow coefficient, storativity ratio and the boundary condition. Then it provides the analysis method and the identifying method about every possible flowing pattern in details, puts forward and discusses the method of plate fitting and automation fitting of the modern well test analysis, and fabricates the dimensionless theoretical plate after the derivation of the horizontal well model in dual medium stratum and numerical inversion .For the automation fitting, the algorithm of it is improved and eliminates the influence of the morbidity. Besides ,this paper discusses the method and theory of numerical well testing of the horizontal wells. By dividing the mesh of the horizontal well and defining the production rate ,this paper defines the general procedure of numerical well testing ,and analyses and studiesthe method and theory of numerical well testing of the horizontal wells. For the study of the productivity of the horizontal wells, this paper discusses it in two aspects: analytic method and numerical simulation method ,and analyses the influential factor of the productivity of the horizontal wells and the general procedure of deliverability testing.Finally the theory of the paper applies to the well testing analysis and interpretation method of the horizontal well system in the chuanzhong gas reservoir to develop and advance the horizontal well testing technology of the the chuanzhong gas reservoir.
