Eu2+ ion activated strontium aluminate phosphors are a kind of photoluminescent materials with high brilliance, long afterglow and stable performance. They are widely used in meet emergency illumination identification marks, display and so on. In this paper, by the study of synthesizing process, the SrAl2O4:Eu2+ phosphors were systhesized at lower temperature by means of solid phase method, then the influences of Ce+ and Cu+ ion on SrAl2O4:Eu2+ luminescent properties had been studied. At last, we had initially studied Eu3+ ion activated strontium aluminate phosphors.At the moment, the synthesis temperature of SrAl2O4:Eu2+ phosphors is higher than 1350C generally by means of solid phase method. We researched the influences of systhesis temperature, heat preservation time, Eu + concentration, reduction surrounding feeling and flux on luminescent properties of SrAl2O4:Eu2+ phosphors ,optimized the experiment conditions and reduced systhesis temperature about 100 C. We found that the systhesized sample's luminescent brightness is better with increasing systhesis temperature, but the phase component is more complex. We found that the luminescence brightness of sample appear a increasing process at first, and then a reducing one with the raise of Eu2+ concentration, it indicated that the luminescence brightness is not better if the Eu2+ concentration is too high or low. We found that the systhesized sample can not bright at too long heat preservation time, and the luminescence brightness is lower at too short heat preservation time.We found that particle diameter is bigger, the wavelength of emission peak is longer. We found that the content of flux have effect on the systhesis temperature and luminescent properties.On this base, we researched initially the influences of Ce+ and Cu+ on SrAl2O4:Eu2+ luminescent materials' properties, and founded that Ce+ reduce the brilliance of SrAl2O4:Eu2+ luminescent materials and Cu+ make them not shine.According to the different molar ratio of SrCO3 and Al2O3 in raw materials, we want to systhesize different strontium aluminate crystal, and research eurpium ion activated different strontium aluminate phosphors. It have been found that all the systhesized samples radiate red light, but the deepness of light is different. The systhesized samples are the mixture of different strontium aluminate crystal by means of X-ray diffractometer analysis. The luminescence of samples attribute to the electronic transition in different energy lever of 4f configuration and the charge migration from O2+ to Eu3+ by means of fluorescence spectrum.
