The series of aniline compounds is the one of main organic pollutant in the environment with high toxicity. They are toxic and carcinogenic for the environment and human being. So they are amang the 14 kinds of priority pollutants listed by our country. Humic acid widely exist in natural water. In the past, the researches on humic acid in water were mostly concentrated on the toxic heavy metal adsorption and humic acid removal in natural water. Recently, the researches on the transportation and transformation of organic pollutants influenced by humic acid in water have caused more and more attention than before in the whole world. On the whole, the studies on the toxic aniline compounds influenced by humic acid in natural water are rare. In the process of the transportation and transformation of pollutants, both the tiny particle bedload and humic acid in water act as carriers. Furthermore, the Chang-jiang River takes 300- 400 million tons of tiny particle bedload into the East China Sea every year. The reaction mechanism of aniline compounds reacting with humic acid and tiny particle bedload in the estuary of Chang-jiang River was studied in this paper. The reaction mechanism of the transportation and transformation of aniline compounds influenced by humic acid in the estuary of Chang-jiang River was explored in this paper. The main researches were concentrated on adsorption and photocatalytic degradation of aniline compounds influenced by humic acid. The job of this paper can apply scientific parameter for the water management in Shanghai. The main ideas of this paper included two parts: [1]. The study on adsorption of aniline influenced by organic compounds (humic acid)The adsorption isotherms of different kind of samples were drawn and compared by the experiments of aniline adsorbed by different bedload samples. The contact angle of the bedload, the interfacial tensility of humic acid solution and the solubility of aniline compounds influenced by humic acid were determination. The mechanism of aniline adsorbed by bedload was explored. It's indicated through experiments thatthe adsorption isotherms of aniline on bedload of Chang-jiang River estuary were described by Linear-type isotherm and Freundlich-type isotherm well. It's showed that the distribution effects of organic compounds and humic acid on bedload and the interfacial effects of the tiny particle bedload influenced adsorption.[2]. The study on the photocatalytic degradation of aniline influenced by humic acidThe photocatalytic degradation of aniline influenced by humic acid in solution was studied in this paper. The photocatalytic degradation of aniline influenced by deionized water or humic acid was determination and compared. The photocatalytic degradation of aniline influenced by pH or the concentration of humic acid was studied. It's showed by the experiments that humic acid can accelerate the photocatalytic degradation of aniline compounds, and the reaction mechanisms of both aniline in water and aniline in humic acid solution were first-degree reaction dynamics. Their photocatalytic degradation speed-constants were 0.0937 and 0.1266, and half-life times were 7.34hr and 5.48hr. The efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of aniline in water and in humic acid were 60.97% and 75.98% respectively when the irradiation time of ultraviolet radiation was9.5hr and the value of pH was 7.
