System Development And Study On Countermeasure Of Pollutant From Livestock And Poultry Breeding Industry

The ecological environment protection in the countryside, which is an important measure to improve local environment quality, forms a significant part in the protection of ecological environment. In order to further make clear the task of ecological environment protection in the countryside, the STATE BUREAU OF ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION brings forward requirements for some main tasks. Some of the main tasks are: to prevent and control township pollution, pollutions caused by the burning of straws, raising of poultry, and using of farming chemicals like pesticides, fertilizers, farming plastic membrane, etc; to control overall the environment in villages and towns; to establish and manage the natural reserves; and to supervise and manage the ecological environment protection for the exploration of natural resources.As the task of preventing and controlling of regional pollution and the task of protecting ecology go further, the needs for some basic information, like the status quo of ecological environment in the countryside and the conditions of environmental pollution, become more and more badly and urgent. On the basis of ecology investigations and investigations into environmental status quo in fields like breeding and planting industry, this system, taking environmental function division as the standard, aims at systemizing and making scientific the environmental management of the countryside and agriculture, realizing dynamic management of information, establishing computer software system that caters for environmental management of the countryside and agriculture, and thus laying a foundation for environmental management, supervision and control in the next step.
