The heartfailure of the senile is very common, there are many anti-heartfailure drugs at the present time. But most of them either have less effects or have some side-effects. Therefore, with the increase of the disease, to study and develope the newer antihearfailure drugs that have more significant effects and less side-effects has been paid more attention by researchers.Through analysis the stucture of many antihearfailure drugs, the stucture of dihydropyridazinones should be an essentially active part. Based on the fact .nine unreported target compounds were disigned with structure modification, and were synthesized with reasonably synthetical way, and were identified by MS , IR,1H-NMR and element analysis. In addition, the melting points of them were measured with B-type tube.The bio-activities of target compounds were evaluated in the antiheartfailure tests. The results showed that all of them had some effects .Among them, TM, had more significant effect than Levosimendan.
