The optimal techniques of TAED(Tetraacetylethylenediamine) preparation was studied on the first part of this thesis by the orthogonality experiment combined with single factor experiment; kinetic data of TAED activating H2O2 was measured on the second part by Ultraviolet spectrometry combined with cerimetric titration, and the velocity equation of kinetic reaction in this condition was calculated.Result as follow:1. Butyl acetate can be regarded as.the optimal azeotrope former on DAED preparation by contrast analyse, and the optimal techniques acquired for preparation are:butyl acetate:EDA(mass ratio) equal to 1:1.6; EDA:AcOH (mole ratio) equal tol:2.25; oil temperature 145 ?1 ℃; dehydration time 4h.2. P-Toluene sulphonic acid can be regarded as the optimal catalyst on TAED preparation by contrast experiment, and the optimal techniques acquired for preparation are: DAED: (AcO)2O(mole ratio) equal tol :6; oil temperature 165?℃; deacetic acid time 7h; dosage of catalyst equal to 0.1% of EDA(mass ratio).3. production check: the purity of production TAED is 91.23%; yield is 83.8%; the TAED crystalloid is baby-yellow; the average crystalloid dia. is 50 u m~450u m; a few acetic acid smell; moisture 0.5%; the range of melting point is 150.0-~152.rC. The FTIR- IR figure of production TAED can tallied with the purity TAED, so it can proved there are a little outgrowth and impurity.4. The velocity equation of activating kinetic reaction was calculated in the PH=6-7. And the parameters of equationTAED = _dt = k-[TAED]a-[H202]Tpare: kfmiiT1 ( mmol/1 )2] = 0.008229 (50) ,0.009458 (60 ), 0.013610 (70), 0.015230 (75); a =3.3707, =-1.3897, the total progression= 1.9810, and the activating reaction is prep.2 progression(1.9810). The energy of activation E=24.1206 kJ/mol ?K, the frequency factor ko= 62.3 522 min"1 (mmol/1) "2. The thesis also forecasted the trend of activating reaction in the condition of alkalescence.
