At first the development situation of Fire Accident Measurement and Control System is introduced in the paper .Then the author analyzed the problem in line with the domestic current condition of Embedded System and INTERNET ,the authors provide a kind of new design plan on Fire Accident Measurement and Control System.Meanwhile the authors have explained the parts of construction of system such as Video Frequency server, Integrated Detector, LonWorks BUS.The existing problem of current fire detector system is also analyzed in this paper. According to the development of fire detector and domestic current condition Embedded system, the authors offer a new design of intelligent compound detector ,which focused on the special requirement of fire accident measurement and control system such as real time, accuracy , dynamic and mutuality .The authors also have proposed a real time measurement method on-line based on neural network and multi-sensor fusion theory. This way can improve the accuracy of fire intelligent compound detector system.The feature selection ,dimension compression normalization and neural networks construction of method are discussed in this paper. Furthermore, in order to make the compound detector system running perfect, BP-GA algorithm is researched in this system.The authors provide a design methods of software based on system too. Finally the softerware is running in the system successfully.
