Today, more than sixty elements are founded in our body. Some is macroelemnt, some is microelement. The weight of microelement only is 0.05% in total elements in human body, but all of them are necessary to our body. With the progress of science technology and the maturity of testing instrument, people are more and more interested to the relation between microelement and our life. Modern times, our standard of living become higher and higher, people become to pay more attention to their health. So, the research to microelement is more significative. To test microelement, one of the excellent way is testing by electrochemistry method. In this thesis, the basic theory of polarography and voltammetry, the relation between microelement and our health, development of the research of microelement in human body are introduced. In addition, determination of microelement in blood and organism from cancerous patients by DPSV and LSV is introduced. By using DPSV, the determination of zinc, cadmium, lead and copper was achieved under the buffer condition of 0.1000mol/L( NH4)2SO4.The recoveries are 98-110%, The RSDs are 2.9%-3.3% (n=6), the limit of detection is zinc 5.0×10-3mg/L, cadmium 1.0×10-4mg/L, lead 1.0×10-3mg/L, copper 2.0×10-3mg/L. To determinate cadmium by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, we have the similar result. Determination of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) in organism from cancerous patients by LSV was achieved under the buffer condition of 0.75mL5× 10-2mol/L, 0.83mL3mol/LNaNO2, 2mLNH3-NH4C1 buffer solution, 0.80mL0.01% glutin. The recoveries are 89%-109%, the RSD are 4.09%, the limit of deection is 0.6ng/mL. The two methods, LSV and DPSV, were proved to be equivalent to analyse the microelement, the advantage of the method are simple, fast, sensitive.
