Syntheses Of Thiazole Glycosyl Esters And Tetrazol Glycosides

In this thesis, the syntheses of thiazoline derivatives and their glycosyl esters were studied. We synthesized a series of thiazoline compounds (6a-f) by liquid synthesis and Solid-Phase Synthesis. Moreover, their aryl glycosyl ester (9a-f) were synthesized by phase-transfer catalysis under the moderate condition in good yield. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR, NMR, MS spectra. In addition, 2-(4-benzyloxycarbonyl)-benzyltetrazole and corresponging N-glycoside were also synthesized by phase transfer catalysis in good yields.
