5-Amino-3-cyan-N-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)pyrazole was the important intermediate which was used to synthesize the efficient insecticide "Regent", which was researched and gone in to operation firstly by French Phone Poulenc company. There was not few report about 5-amino-3-cyan-N-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)pyrazole in the domestic , so that the whole synthetic course of 5-amino-3-cyan-N-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)pyrazole was studied and the intermediate with feasible economy route was developed was fairly necessary, and there were very good social benifit and economic prospect.4-Trifluoromethylaniline had been synthesized by route I ,which was not reported at home in the thesis from 3-trifluoromethylaniline which was synthesized by α, α, α -trifluorotoluene that was cheap and easily gained ,and the total yield of compound is 12.3% . Though its step is much, it is simple and easy to operate .This paper has overall studied the trichloromethyl reaction: (l)the mechanism of reaction had been explored, and that mechanism of reaction had been suggested. In addition, two new catalyst had been synthesized which was used to chloride, and had gotten the conclusion that the catalyst which has the push electronic group, is helpful for the reaction. (2) the respond conditions had been optimized, the yield of 4-nitro- α , α ,α -trichlorotoluene and 3-nitro- α, α , α -trichlorotoluene was higher 5% than that of the document. (3)The new method of 2-chloro- α, α, α -trichlorotoluene, 3-chloro- α, α , α -trichlorotoluene and 4-chloro- α, α, α -trichlorotoluene was reported firstly in this thesis, and two new matters had been synthesized, 3-bromo- α , α , α -trichlorotoluene and 2-methyl- α, α, α -trichlorotoluene.In this paper, the synthesis of 2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylaniline had been improved, and the yield was 77.4%. the synthetic route of5-amino-3-cyan-N-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl) pyrazole had still accomplished, and the yield was 83.6%.
