Today, environmental problem has become crucial globally. Governments all over the world have been proposing and revising sustainable development strategies and earring out ciearner production in order to keep most pollution within producing procedures and reduce the dichar-ge of polluting wastes.moreover they propose to recovery and reuse the wastes.This dessertation dicusses the recovering technics on the Wastewater of printing and dyeing industry-The alkali weight-reduction waster-water.And under this technics, the better capability terephthalic acid has been gained. The technics in this dessertation can be divided into two parts: removing the impurities and recovering the terephthalic acid by means of acid neutralization.In the first part, a large amount of the surface active matters such as (SN), TiO2, Mn(COOH)2, Co(COOH)2, Mg(COOH)2 were removed by using the PAC and PAM. Then we use the active carbon to remove the ortherimpurities. The capability of terephthalic acid after the PACU PAM flocculating setting and active carbon adsorption is better that of terephthalic acid after acid neutralization. And we defined the best technical conditions.In the second part, we discuss the mechanism and factors of deposit-tion forming. The factors are temperature, rate of titrating the sulphurc acid, rate of stiring, consistency of sulphuric acid and consistency of sodium hydroxide. We define the best technical conditions by the experiment. And find the notability and trend of the factors to the capability of terephthalic acid. We compare the capability of terephthalic acid we recovered to that of pure terephthalic acid, and come to the conclusion .The best technics conditions is very difficct to define because of the inconsisitency of wasetwater.This dessertation dicusses the factors and the best technical conditions of three kinds of wasetwater. We wish it would be usful to the industrial production.
