As one of the key parts in the sheet-feed press, the kinematics and dynamics properties of sheet transfer mechanism directly influence the quality of press product, the capability of press and the press speed. In order to improve the quality and the market competitive capacity of press, it's one of study directions for manufactures to analyze and reform the sheet transfer mechanism, Printing Machine Factory of Bei Ren Group desires to reform the offset-rotary sheet transfer mechanism. Corresponding to the demands, done such jobs:(1) Analyzed the limitation of spring-power obturation mechanism, applied the conjugate cam to renew the mechanism and created the interspatial model.(2) Chosen and decided the movement method of transfer gripper. According to vector method, given kinematics analysis to the whole mechanism.(3) After the kinematics analysis , got the swinging follower ,the driven bar, movement method .designed out the outlines of cam and conjugate cam, and also checked about them athletics features up to the demands .(4) Got the forces and the moments of every bar and cams through dynamics analysis to the system . Showed the dynamic characteristics of the new mechanismdirectly.(5) Created vibration model for cam-driven system on theory, given elastic dynamic analysis to whole mechanism, the conclusion shows: the elastic vibration of new mechanism is not much influence on movement of executive bar, can be ignored, and meet the demand of enhancing the speed of press.(6) Achieved the parameter design of the new mechanism .supply the means to optimize the mechanism.(7) Work out a computer software base on VC what can be manipulated face to face, completed many function modules, by this, to realize the computer aided design, can give help to analysis and design, progress the work efficiency.
