The dynamic factors affecting the mine dynamic phenomena are the regional tectonic stress field and its non-uniform distribution, and the earthquake reflects the regional tectonic stress field and its non-uniform distribution and the stress concentrative characteristic nicely. The analysis to the each fault form and the mechanics property educed by the research for the hypocenter mechanism can deduce the distributing character of the regional tectonic stress field, and provides instructional effect for forecasting dangerous district which take place the mine dynamic phenomena. The paper summarized the researchful production of the earthquake and the mine dynamic phenomena, the common characters of forming and occurrence of them are analyzed, a unified mechanism is studied, and thought that the tectonic activity affect the earthquake and the mine dynamic phenomena, the regional tectonic stress field is energy foundation. Based on this, the earthquake and the mine dynamic phenomena are studied uniform. the common influence factors of causing geological dynamic phenomena such as the regional tectonic forms and stress field change caused by the movement of the plate of the earth and the universal celestial bodies are deeply studied and the intrinsic relation among the earthquake and coal and gas outburst phenomena is revealed. The research method in this thesis is applied in the Huainan Coal Mine, explained the reason of the earthquake and coal and gas outburst by means of the geological dynamic division theory, analysed a mass of data of the earthquake and outburst and found out that the earth tide principle has very great influence upon geological dynamic phenomena and they have relativity in space-time each other.
