Study On Synthesis Of Thiosemicarbazones And Their Anti-cancer Activity

For researching of the structure-activity relationship of Thiosem- icarbazone,a series of derivatives of Thiosemicar bazone were synthe- sized in this thesis.Their structure were comfirmed by 1HNMR ,IR, and elemental analysis.In the thesis( 1 )the method to synthesis Methyl Hydrazinecarbodithioate(â… ) was improved ,by using (CH₃)2SO₄ insteading of CH₃l.(2) N'-( 1-Pyridi-2-yl-ethylidene)-hydrazinecarbodithioic acid methyl e- ster( â…¡₂) and N'-( 1 -thiophene-2-yl-ethylidene)-hydrazinecarbodith ioic acid methyl ester( â…¡₁) were synthesized .(3)1-(2-pyridinyl)pi-per-zine and l-(2-pyrimidinyl)piperzine were synthesized.(4)a series of derivatives of Thiosemicarbazone were synthesizedThe antitumor activities against mouse Leukemia P-388,man cane- er of the stomach SGC-7901 for the A₁-A₁₁ have been tested.Result show that most of the compounds have good activities to inhabit P-388 and SGC-7901 when the concent ration is higher.But the activities of these compounds were affected remarkly by concentration.
