The gas distribution is the main factor affecting the collection efficiency of ESP. In this paper discuss the best gas organize in ESP, and tentatively suggest that smooth SgFT in ESP can best improve the collection efficiency. Firstly finished the experiment of averaging gas distribution model. Secondly, simulated the average gas distribution in 3D ESP. Thirdly, by comparing the result of numerical simulation with the data of experiment, adjust the item parameters of numerical model, make sure that numerical model is actual. Last, by adjusting the resistance of gas distribution screen, obtain the smooth SgFT. There are 4 main conclusions in this paper.1. The method of numerical simulation is a way of decreasing the time of experiment and lowing the cost of experiment.2. Numerical simulation gas distribution in the ESP can use k- two equation, overflow model and wall function deal with boundary condition. By comparing average flow simulate result with data of experiment, the result is in reason, fit the fact and can be used in engineering.3. Used porous medium Porous Jump Boundary Conditions of hydrodynamics in simulating the gas distribution screen. Model is a effect way. By adjusting the resistance of screens, may discharge the ESP's gas distribution.4. By analysis the result of simulation, get that only setup the gas distribution screen in the pass in and out, in the ESP forming SgFT that high gas velocity in the inlet bottom and high gas velocity in outlet top. By adjusting the resistance of gas distribution screen of numerical model obtained smooth SgFT.
