The organosilicone monomer -[tris(trimethylsiloxy)silyl]propyl methacrylate was synthesized by trimethylchlorosilane(TMCS) and -(trimethyloxysilyl)propyl methacrylate(KH-570), A improved synthetical method of organosilicone monomer TRIS with higher silicone content than raw monomer -(trimethyloxysilyl)propyl methacrylate (KH-570) was raised, and poly- -[tris(trimethylsiloxy)silyl]propyl methacrylate latex was prepared by emulsion polymerization, IR was used to study the polymer structure. The different ratio and dosage of composite surfactants were researched about the polymer latex's stabilization and structure.Afterwards, the emulsion polymerization of TRIS, MMA, and P(MMA-co-PTRIS) were carried out. Some different monomer ratio copolymer latex and homopolymer latex are prepared by emulsion polymerization used self-made organosilicone monomer -[tris(trimethylsiloxy)silyl]propylmethacrylate and MMA. The different ratio and dosage of composite surfactants were researched about the polymer latex's stabilization and structure. These copolymers and homo-polymer blend to prepare self-structure gradient film.To prepare the functionally gradient materials (FGM) of polysilane-polyacrylate, the method of emulsion mixture was performed. The obtained polysilane-polyacrylate gradient films showed no macro-interface with the silicone content reducing gradually from the top surface to the bottom one. And has a long Tg transform term. Based on the results of the back-scattered electron images and linear scanning of the polysilane -polyacrylate film's cross section, the dependence of polysilane-polyacrylate film's structure on molecules of poly[ -[tris(trirnethylsiloxysilyl)]propyknethacrylate] (PTRIS) and polyacrylate (PMMA), P(MMA-co-PTRIS) feed ratio were investigated. Then properties of the polysilane-polyacrylate gradient film were characterized. The mechanism of film forming process of polysilane-polyacrylate FGM was probed into as well.The testing results indicated that adding P(MMA-co-PTRIS) of different can improve the poor miscibility of PMMA and PTRIS because P(MMA-co-PTRIS) contained both PMMA chains and organosilicone chains which joint PMMA and PTRIS as a bridge. The obtained polysilane-polyacrylate gradient films showed no macro-interface with the silicone content reducing gradually from the top surface to the bottom one. DMA thermograms indicated that polysilane-polyacrylate gradient films contained two glass temperatures with their bands drifting from and their range extending much from each component. The good properties of waterproof, calorifics, and ultraviolet-absorption were also determined by DSC, UV and water contact angle measurements.
