The Fuxin city in the northwest of Liaoning province is one of the important coal industry base, the Fuxin mine area has produced 520 million tons coal since my country founded, and it has given great contribution to the economical construction and people's living. It's been famous as the "coal and electricity city", and now the city is confronted with the situation of resources drying up. In the December of 2001,the city was ranked the only resources drying up city economy transition experimental unit, at the same time all the geological hazards becomes obvious with ecological environment worsen. All the hazards have affected the city economy development and society stabilization. It has significant meaning to investigate and study the geological hazards and develop land rehabilitation programming.In the Fuxin mine area ,the main geological hazards are slide, the earth's surface falling, ground caving in, fissure ,soil deserting etc. at the same time the ground water pollution ,coal gangue etc have become the main factors that bullying the mine zone ecological environment.This paper analyzed the geological hazards, and zoned and elevation basing on investigation and research.Renewing the mine ecological environment, promoting economy transition and realize city ecological and economy sustainable development have become the key for the city's development. In this paper mine rehabilitation model was discussed, and gave some pieces of advices for the earth's utilizing reasonably.The paper provided reliable bases for the geological hazards' prevention and cure and the constitution of group prevention and plan system. The land rehabilitation modelling have significant meaning for the getting back of mine ecological environment and the city's economy transition.
