Experimental Research On The Characteristics Of The CrMo Steel By Etch Solution

The influence on the CrMo steel by the chemical elements are analyzed.thereinto, the grain boundary(G..B.) segregation of P is a very important affect factor.New prescription of the etch reagent and new etch method are designed by the author.The experiment has been done in term of this method, the etch theory is analyzed at the same time.An etch technics which can erode the grain boundary furthest but do not affect the grain has been gotten by parallel experiment and across experiment.A simple , fast method of quantitative analysis of the experiment result is used to discuss the influence on the experiment result by the content of the picric acid and the dodecane-1-sulfonic acid sodium salt, temperature and time .Result showed that: this way is veracious and fast, the experiment effect is good.FAN XuRi(environmental engineering) Directed by prof.CHEN YingMin...
