Studying Of Steel Zn-Fe System Phosphating And Coverage Technology At Room Temperature

At present, with the quick development of national economic, steel has become necessary metal material in modern life. Its physical and chemical properties decide its easily influenced by circumstance, and having chemical reaction with things around. Corrision lead to uncertain quality in treatment, so decrease their using time. In order to solve this problem and research into the method of metal protection, we take ways of phosphating ,that is covering the metal with chemical film and discuss the relations between phosphating solution and corrision to protect steel. In this article , according to different conditions , two kinds of room temperature steel phosphating were prepared through orthogonal examination xolor phosphating and multi-function phosphating .Steel can be applicable to be paint bottom floor after color phosphating, we use unpoisonous and free from pollution acceleration HAS for NaNO2,It's not only reduce sink waste produced by phosphating ,lower contaminative ,increase the reaction speed ,but also improve the quality of phosphating film. We choose Sodium molybdenum as accelerant, colorant and inhibitor add to the phosphating liquid ,it is gcod to form high quality colorific film,strengthen the combination with paint -film,providing theories basis and important means on environment engineering and material industry.Usually phosphating handling need to pass by several process such as disoil, disrust, phosphating and wash with water, phosphating solution requests highly control. It's not suitable for large complicated outdoors steel constructions,so we prepare a new subject -multi-function phosphating.Adding rare earth compound as inhibitor ,postpone the corrision of phosphating film.High acid phosphating theory was further discussed as well.The result of selected works shows that the phosphating we prepared have some ad vantage:energy saving , low cost, low pollution, good phosphating film, good inhibiting to steel, they belong to environmental protection-"Green Phosphating",good market perspection and society interest and certain value of application, lay the basis on further researth in the future.
