Facing the stratagem that our country energetically developing pulping with bamboo and the blank that few people had studied the mathematical model of bamboo batch kraft pulping, we developed this task. We put forth the mathematical model of EA concentration during bamboo sulfate batch cooking process, basing on the experiment study, and using mathematics analysis technique. Then followed the pulp Kappa Number mechanism mathematical model based on cooking chemical delignification kinetics by using the EA concentration mathematical model and the relationship between Kappa number and lignin. We also developed a forecast system of pulp Kappa number soft-sensing during the bamboo sulfate batch cooking process.The paper study showed that we can use both of the logarithm model and exponential model to express the EA concentration mathematical model during bamboo sulfate batch cooking process. After defining the EAO-HO integration factor(X0), we fought that there are remarkable linearity relationship between each of the EA concentration mathematical models parameters and Xo by studying it in both of them. The experiment result also showed that both of the EA concentration mathematical model and the model defining the parameters had high accuracy and stability. The study also showed that we can forecast the EA concentration in the whole cooking process by united using them. In this process, we only wanted to test the EA concentration of some set point, but do not want to exactly understand the original cooking condition. It gave a new and easy way of guiding the forecast and control of bamboo sulfate batch cooking process.The paper also put the EA concentration mathematical model on the JiangXi bitter bamboo cooking process. This study showed that it also can be the same with the JiangXi bitter bamboo cooking process. It illuminated that the EA concentration mathematical models have some universality.The paper had discussed the relation between the Kappa number and the lignin. Then followed the pulp Kappa Number mechanism mathematical model based on cooking chemical delignification kinetics by using the EA concentration mathematical model. Both the experiment verification and the forecast showed that the model have high accuracy. By using EA concentration and Kappa number mathematical models, we can easily on-line forecast the rear period cooking Kappa number only testing some set point EA concentration in forepart.Finally, we gave the hardware and software design blue print of the pulp Kappa number soft-sensing, based on the paper mill locale, regarding the Kappa Number mechanism mathematical model during bamboo sulfate batch cooking process. By comparing some configuration software, we selected WinCC as our exploitation system, and did the industrial software of the pulp Kappa number soft-sensing.
