Oscillographic chronopotentiometric determination is a kind of direct or indirect determination method for microanalysis or trace analysis based on the incision depth or peak height on oscillogram. The method has the advantages of simplicity, convenience, economy and no need of O2-eliminated. In addition, the method can be applied to routine analysis and process analysis. Hence the method has extensive application foreground in environment, medicament, metallurgy and other fields. In this thesis, application of direct and indirect oscillographic determination methods in pharmaceutical analysis was investigated. This thesis consists of four chapters, author's main contribution is as follows:1. The incision depth of etamsylate and propafenone hydrochloride on the cathodic branch of oscillogram get deep when these two medicaments are added to the solution of NaOH, respectively. Based on this, the direct determination method of these medicaments was established.2. Oscillographic determination methods of cefoperazone sodium, amantadine hydrochloride, nicotinamide and nicotinic acid were proposed based on the characteristics of complex formed between B-CD and cefoperazone sodium or amantadine hydrochloride, nicotinamide and Cd2+, nicotinic acid and Cr3+. At the same time, inclusion rate and inclusion constant on inclusion complex of |3-CD-amantadine hydrochloride were determined.3. KIO3 can cause a sensitive incision or a peak on oscillogram, and the incision depth would get shallow when Vc was added into the solution. Upon that, a direct determination method of KIO3 and indirect determination method of Vc were established.Thus, the investigation of oscillographic determination in complex system and redox system is an important approach of improving the sensitivity of oscillographic determination and enlarging the application range of oscillographic analysis.
