Using the residues from conversion species of Acacia, Eucalyptus, D. Yunnanicus Hsueh and D. membranaceus Munro as materials, PF as adhesive and VAE as adhesive agent, the molded decorative particleboard products were manufactured by two-stage process and the relationship between process parameters and properties of products were studied in this paper under lab conditions. The result indicated:1) It was indicated in pre-pressing process that when particle moisture content after glued was 20%, VAE application was 4%, pre-pressing temperature was 80C and pre-pressing time were 9minutes, the molding mat had certain physical properties, whose properties could meet the requirements of two-stage process.2) In the molding process, (1) using wood as materials, when Acacia was chosen, hot-pressing time were 7minutes, hot-pressing temperature was 180C, 10% glue application and 1.00g-cm3 was chosen, properties of molded products were arrived or exceeded national standard; (2) using bamboo as materials, when took D. Yunnanicus Hsueh as material, glue application was 10% and aiming density was 1.00 g-cm-3, the physical-mechanical properties of these products were all arrived or exceeded requirements of GB/T4897. 1-4897. 7-2003.[Fig.11,Tab.21,Ref.46]...
