Piperidone derivatives have shown to possess potent inhibitory activity against various glycosidases and others exhibit antibiotic, antiviral or anticancer activity. Some of this compounds, for example, thalidomide, 2,2,6,6,-tetrmethylpiperidinone(TMPD) ,it is an important pharmaceutics in the clinic, which have been developed as commercial pharmaceutics.a-Oxoketene dithioacetals are a kind of versatile intermediates in organic synthesis. They can be used in aromatization, cyclization, reduction, condensation reactions and many compounds with special structures can be constructed from these intermediates due to their special stereoelectonic effect from the alkylthio functionalities. So they have been applied in organic synthesis and the construction of natural products.. Until now, there is no reports about the work that combined both synthetic methodology of piperidones with a-oxoketene dithioacetals, only Jin has report used them to synthesize the pyrrolidones derivatives. In this dissertation, a series of a-cinnamoyl-a-arylcarbamoyl ketene dithioacetals were synthesized and the synthetic methodology of highly functionalized piperidones derivatives from these a-cinnamoyl-a-arylcarbamoyl ketene dithioacetals as substrate was studied, the structure of them were identified via the method of 'H-NMR/H-'H cosy NMR, MS and IR spectrum, and the compounds we obtain are identified that are the piperidone derivatives.Two new kinds thiazacrown ether which included the TTF skeleton have been synthesized.
