The paper mainly studied and explored several technologies process to Acid Brilliant Scarletz(ABS)GR dyestuff wastewater, Such as ultrasonic (US) /degradation , US/Coagulation , US/Chemical oxidation, US/Catalytion oxidation and US/Microelectrolysis, which is treatment performance(COD and decoloration)and some proper operational parameter. At the same time base on three apparatus analysis measure of Infrared spectrum, UV-Vis spectra , Atomic absorption spectroscopy, we obtained the further explanation .brief summary is as follows:In the paper , the effects of wastewater concentration , pH. irradiation time, and aeration etc on the degradation efficiency of Acid Brilliant Scarletz(ABS)GR dyestuff wastewater. the result showed the best process conditions are that pll is 2.2; irradiation time is 40 min; US power is 80W~90W; aeration for oxygen; best reaction temperature is 20 C~40C.The study of the best way to add US to coagulation system and found out the best process condition by ortho-experiment, the result showed that US had some effect in the coagulation process, hut it is not obviously.In the research of US influenced the ClO2 chemical oxidation reaction, we used the best technological conditions in chemical oxidation reaction, exerted US on liquid reaction system ,did some contrast experiments to find the ways and conditions, when US applied in chemical oxidation reaction.We also studied US' s enhancement in catalytic oxidation reaction, did some research on catalyst' s regenation by US. the result showed that US can speed up liquid-solid reaction rate and transport process , at the same time clear away the catalytic surface ,enhance active component' s activity ,extend the catalyzer's useful life.In the Fe/C fixed system , we studied US effect of contrast experiment , found out US' s applied way and effect, the result showed that US had some advance in microelectrolysis of harden and effect of stability.
