With the development of society and the improvement of science and technology, polymer materials are developing toward the high performance, functional, engineering and structural. One of the questions which have been most extensively investigated and still remain controversial is low dimension order structure of liquid crystalline polymers (LCP) and of condensation phases formed by LCP.This paper is about a thermotropic liquid crystalline polyamide(LCP). Use many research technique of polymer material as characterization measures, for example, optical polarizing micrographs, DSC, FTIR, SEM, and all so. Modify nylon 1010 (PA1010) with this LCP by means of mechanical blending. And add plasticizing agent as plasticizing agent into nylon 1010 to plasticize. All results point to that 7%wt plasticizing agent add into PA1010 can receive high ensile strength and impact strength.In this paper, it can be seen that, the plasticate mechanism of PA1010 is because of the breaking of the hydrogen bond between PA1010 molecules. After plasticizing agent was add, the —NH— in the plasticizing agent react with the —COOH on the PA1010 molecular chain to form hydrogen bond respectively, which take the place of the hydrogen bond between PA1010. Because PA1010 molecule has long —CH2— chain of itself, so after the hydrogen bond is break, the softness of the molecule greatly improve. Applied of the fourth Statistics—JRG Sub-cluster Statistics Theory, investigate on the Liquid Crystalline chain during melting stage.
