Particulate from vehicle are a major material of air pollution in many cities. the study to particulate from vehicle is regarded increasing at home and abroad. It is a weakness to test and study the particle emission from vehicle in china. According to the principle of the mass balance and constant volume sampling, a full-flow dilution tunnel particle sampling system was designed and adjusted. This paper gives the design and major technical parameters of the full flow dilute tunnel. At the same time, its adjustment and assembled are introduced with emphasis. The total flow control system is assembled by three critical flow ventures for 6, 9, 12m3/min. the full-flow dilution tunnel is assembled well. According to all kinds of assembled mode, the system can meet the flow range from 6 to 27 m3/min. on the other hand, we can select critical flow venture matching according to the emission flux from vehicle. It can advance the measurement precision. Moreover, it can alter agility.
