This thesis include tow sections.The first section we make use of GC TOP 8000 and Finigan-Voyager MS to study 25 kind of organophosphorus pesticides fracking mechanism.The technicals of 28 kind of organohosphorus pesticides are speperated by GC TOP 8000 and the efluents are sent to Finigan-Voyager respectively and cracked by Electro-Impact source(EI) to deferent fragments. All fracments are selectively seeperated by Quadrupole. So we get all compounds TCI and spectrum of MS. To different structure of every organohosphorus,we analyse every spectrum confirm the diagnostic fracments. At the same time, we discuss the relationship of stability and ralertive aboundance of fragments from the nonbounding ecltron's conjugat and inducement point of view. Besides we validated the phenomena of isotope containing of chlorim and bromine.In the other section, this thesis is for the study of 31P-NMR for 33 samples of organophosphorus pesticides with AC-80 FT-NMR. Chemical shift and P-H coupling constant were determined for each phosphorus compound, through the decoupling and non-decoupling 31P-NMR spectrograms. In the part of discussion, with the 31P-NMR spectrograms of organic phosphorus pesticides in different structures, difference among the electronegativitis of the four elements directly connecting to 31P(â–³X)were given to show the relationship between the chemical shifts and structures for phosphorus compounds, according to the electron cloud spherical symmetry theory. Difference of the chemical shifts among the similar-structured compounds was also analyzed from the angle of conjugation and inducement in electron cloud density theory. The effect of the compounds structure to the P-H coupling is also discussed by analyzing the number of the split peaks on the non-decoupling spectrograms. Besides, the hydrolysis mechanism of organic phosphorus compounds is investigated according to the difference of the chemical shift and integral for 31P-NMR spectrograms at different points of time, which were examined by AC-80 FT-NMR...
