Along with the development of the social economy and the increase of people's standard of living, the social demand of the poultry and domestic animal meat have been increasing. So, many big or middle scale feeding plants of poultry and domestic animal have been appearing like the bamboo shoots in spring after rain. However, with the development of the feeding plants there is no relevant means and measure come to the true to dispose the lots of dejecta, a kind of available organic pollute rejectamenta. As a result, the environmental problem become more serious. All aspect of pollution come into being include the air pollution water pollution and soil pollution. Developing a suit of adaptive and effective equipment to resolve the environmental problem be resulted in by the organic pollute is the primary issue in this paper.Based on eury-understanding the technology of bioreactor, according as the demand of the technics of this kind of reaction and the rheology of the material, we introduced in a creative way the horizontal stirring reactor to dispose the dejecta.The change of the material properties, include the volume and the rheology, in the process of zymo lysis is thorough discussed in the text, and the test prove that this material is a kind of pseudoplastic fluid.By emphatically studied the regular pattern of this material, according to the principle of reactology, we designed the kernel part of the horizontal stirring reactor. Through the agitation characteristics test by the means of concentration determination, we get the stirring characteristic curve and the relation between the rotational speed and the incorporation time.Multi-factorial orthogonal test on the aymolysis capability discovers that there is a different better plant result in the prior and the upper period. And the better service conditions in the prior is that the speed of agitator(SA) is 30rpm and the mixing cycle(MC) is 6h, and in the upper period, the SA is 60rpm, the MC is 6h.In accordance with lacks in this text, the father test and research about operation mode in extensive range should be carried on; and the autocontrol and automatic checkout system should be developed to meet the need of real production.
