Based on abroad acquainting the inland and overseas disposal technology of the poultry and domestic animal dejectas, combined with the present condition and the development trend, this paper educes that the anaerobic dry fermentation technology in high temperature is the most promising new technology. When this technology is adopted, there isn' t effluvium and second-pollutant. It not only solves the environment pollution , and also brings the new energy sources and provides the excellent manure. So it can acquire the synthetically utilizing benefit.After synthetically analysing the anaerobic fermentation theory, based on the preceding result of the single factors analysis , this paper focuses on the fermentation temperature , the material's C/N value and agitation, which affect the material's all nitrogen loss and the marsh gas output . By orthogonal experiments the mathematical models can be set up as follows :In the two equations the independent variables' ranges are as follows :And in which , stands for the fermentation temperature.stands for the material's C/N value.z3 stands for agitation .Eventually we can conclude that the best optimum anaerobic dry fermentation conditions are the fermentation temperation is 55癈 and the C/N value is 12. 5 and agitation is adopted properly . This conclusion offers foundation and reference for the dry fermentation disposal of the dejectas. This paper uses fuzzy clustering method to classify the fermentation manure into five grades. It can instruct the manure production.
