| On the basis of a large amount of Chinese and foreign's references, through deepenning and systematic experiments, grasp the behavior and mechanism of trace elements in Chinese herbal medicine and determine them by spectroscopy. Set up a new method, suspension sampling ?FAAS which determine trace elements in Chinese herbal medicine , it is simple and practical. Regarding the low content of trace elements in Chinese herbal medicine, applied it forming the colored complex with other materials, set up the visible spectroscopy which is simple in instrumental devises and operation. Set up two methods of separating and concentrating molybdenum in the Chinese herbal medicine, studied on the conditions of analytical methods and optimized all sorts of experimental parameters. They have certain practical value in development and research Chinese herbal medicine. This paper consists of four chapters:In chapter one. A new method was described for the determination of trace ferrum, copper, zinc, manganese, cobalt, nickel in the aloe by suspension sampling-flame atomic absorption spectroscope in this article .The sample of aloe was suspended in the agar sol and directly injected into air-acetylene flame by using standard addition method to determinate ferrum, copper, zinc ,manganese ,cobalt, nickel. By comparison of the results which were obtained by wet process, it was shown that they were coincided. Moreover the proposed method was convenient and rapid. In chapter two. In the presence of surfactant Triton X-100 and themedium of HAc-NaAc (pH4.5) buffer solution, quercetin with gallium forms a yellow complex with the molar ratio of 2:1. The maximum absorption of the complex was at 446nm.The linear range of gallium was 5.0 l10-8-6.010-7g.ml-1, the detection limit was 1.710-8mo1L-1, linear regression equation was A=0.0816+0.1951C (fig/ml).Compared with other methods, its sensitivity and detection limit were improved. The method was applied to determine gallium in Chinese herbal medicine, the results were satisfactory. In chapter 3. In the presence of (NH4SC4 and the medium of HAc-NaAc(pH3.8) buffer solution, salicyfluome as an extracting agent and TritonX-100 as a separating phase agent, Mo( VI) can be quantitatively separated from Fe(III), Zn(II), Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Mn( II ),Cd( II) and so on. Then molybdenum in Chinese herbal medicine was detected by AAS with rich oxygen flame. The linear regression equation was A=0.0248C(ug/ml)+0.005, the relative standard deviation was less than 5%, the recovery percent of molybdenum was 98.6% -102%.In chapter four. By means of ion exchange chromatography , the trace element of molybdenum was separated from common metal elements , using strong base anionic resin as stationary phase , molybdenum preconcentrated in chromatographic column was eluted with 0.5moL.L-!NH4NO3 -2moL.L-1 HNO3 , and then it was detected by AAS with rich oxygen flame. The recovery percent of molybdenum was 98.4%- 101.2% ?... |
