In this dissertation, on the basis of the study on the preparation of nanosized ZnO and TiO2, a deep research on the preparation of nanosized ZnO-TiO2 composite powder was made using three new crafts , which provided more extensive foundation to the property study.·Preparation of nanosized ZnO-TiO2 composite powder with the method of common precipitate using urea. Firstly the feasibility of preparing nanosized ZnO and TiO2 was investigated by means of pression using urea, zinc nitrate and titanium sulphate as materials. Also one of the basic factors of composite preparation——the reaction tempreture was determined through conditioned experiments. Then a deep research on the preparation of the nanosized ZnO-TiO2 composite powder was made. In this section the best initial concentration of the reactant and the most suitable ratio of n(Zn(NO3)2) ∶n(Ti(SO4)2) were determined by the calculation of the recovery rate, heat analysis, TEM analysis and XRD analysis.·Preparation of nanosized ZnO-TiO2 composite powder with the method of suspension and precipitate using urea. Firstly nanosized TiO2 was prepared by means of sol-gel method and ZnO by means of stirring method using urea as precipitating agent. Also the best initial concentration of Zn(NO3)2 and the best calcination tempreture were determined by simple craft study in the preparation of nanosized ZnO. Then a deep research on the preparation of the nanosized ZnO-TiO2 composite powder were mainly made. Under a definite ratio of n(Zn(NO3)2) ∶n(TiO2), the best initial concentration of Zn(NO3)2 in composite preparation which contrast to the preparation of ZnO was also obtained by the calculation of the recovery rate. Meanwhile the effect of TiO2 added into the reaction system was discussed which influenced the recovery rate and the particle radius of the product. Finally the best ratio of n(Zn(NO3)2) ∶n(TiO2)were determinded through heat analysis, TEM analysis and XRD analysis.
