Accompanying the nanometer science development the nanofibers appear. It is a new important area in fiber science research that to study nanofibers structure and quality. To confer some special quality because of the particular structure of nanofibers, it brings about many technologic workers to study on it more and more.This subject is that to add 60-100 nanoparticles size of TiO2 to PAN nanofibers to survey its existing condition through the electron microscopy, meanwhile, to compute its antibacterial efficiency through the antibacterial comparison between it and pure TiO2 nanoparticles under the equivalence condition in order to prove the relative between TiO2 specific surface area size and its sterilization efficiency, consequently get the result that the sterilization efficiency of TiO2 will increase comparatively accompany with opposed specific surface area access of TiO2.From the result of determination it means the average of unit antibacterial efficiency TiO2 nanoparticles for Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 is 12.4% under the condition of 81mm2 size surface imbrued by 5mg Ecol ATCC 25922, its antibacterial efficiency is one standing in the situation of the mixed test use mildew according to the level, mildew production area is under 10% .The average of unit antibacterial efficiency of the PAN that added TiO2 particle for Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 is 13.5% under the condition of 81mm2 size surface imbrued by 5mg Ec ATCC 25922, its antibacterial efficiency is two standing in the situation of the mixed test use mildew according to the level, mildew cover area is 30%. For the antibacterial efficiency of the PAN that added to TiO2 nanoparticle is higher than pure TiO2 nanoparticles, the main reason is that the available specific surface area reduces of TiO2 nanoparticles cause its antibacterial efficiency reduce.To view from the other side of the result, it is difficult to find floating and mounted TiO2 nanoparticles on the nanofibers surface from the electron microscope photo of PAN that added to TiO2 nanoparticles, but nanofibers surface have antibacterial quality, to analysis the reason that one side is perhaps floating, mounted and naked TiO2 nanoparticles can't be found, the other side is that TiO2 nanoparticle include in PAN completely, the free radical produced by TiO2 can cross PAN to sterilize. If the result can be proved, It means that the normal qulaity of high molecule fiber will change when it accomplish the nanometer standing, its veiled, membranaceous effect of electron and free radical will change greatly , as well its biological nature. the result will provide powerful proof for the development of nanometer theory. it will become the emphasis in the next step research .
